Throughout her career, Macy has demonstrated a remarkable ability to identify specialized clinical needs and develop innovative treatment models. Her founding of FACTS: Florida Adoption Connections Truth & Support, exemplifies her commitment to creating lasting resources for complex family systems. It has been operating continuously for over a decade and provides critical support to adoptees, birth parents, and adoptive families.

At the Center for Mindful Families, she developed specialized play therapy programs for adoptees and foster children while collaborating with child welfare agencies to improve system outcomes.
